Destination Foundation is a nonprofit organization that grants dream trips to men and women in the San Francisco Bay Area gay community living with life-threatening illnesses, such as AIDS and breast cancer. Run by a dedicated team of volunteers, The Foundation was created in 1998 by Tim Hepworth in memory of Jim Poole, his partner of 10 years who passed away from AIDS in 1997.
